• Pricing: All prices on the Site are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).
• VAT: Since CozyForU is operated by a non-VAT registered business, Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable, and no VAT will be charged on your purchases.

3. Electronic Contract Formation

In accordance with Part IV of the Electronic Transactions Act:

• Order Rejection: CozyForU reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious payment fraud, or disputes regarding prior orders.

4. Terms of Payment

All orders placed on CozyForU are processed under a strict Cash on Delivery (COD) model. No payment is required prior to dispatch. Payment is due in full at the exact time your package is delivered to your address.

• We accept the following payment methods at the point of delivery:
  1. Cash Notes: Paid directly to the delivery agent.
  2. MCB Juice / Mobile App Bank Transfer: Paid instantly on the spot to the delivery agent.
  3. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard): Handled via the delivery company's mobile Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal. Please note that card payments on delivery are strictly subject to the terminal's physical availability and network connectivity at the time of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

• CozyForU shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, delay in delivery, or inability to access our website.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product in question.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, your use of the website, and all transactional contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.

Any dispute arising from these terms, if unresolved through amicable customer support channels, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Mauritius.
